Security Statement

The safeguards we apply to this website, customer information and client projects.

Website and data protection

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated, and information is stored only where it is needed to respond to your request or deliver a service.

Payments

Payments are processed by an established PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Card numbers are entered with that provider and are not stored on our website or servers.

Access controls

Administrative access is limited to team members who need it, protected by strong authentication, and reviewed periodically. Credentials and API keys are held in managed secret storage rather than in source code, and access to client systems is revoked at the end of an engagement.

Development practices

We apply input validation, least-privilege database access, dependency updates and code review on the projects we build, and we test applicable security controls before release.

Limitations and reporting

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim certifications we have not obtained. To report a suspected vulnerability, email info@solidcoredevices.com with details so we can investigate.
